A Regular Meeting of the Senior Center Advisory Committee was held on Thursday,
February 2, 2023, at the Dublin Senior Center. The meeting was called to order at 9:36
AM, by Recreation Coordinator Henry Siu.

The Committee approved the Consent Calendar.

3.2 Tri-Annual Parks and Community Services Department Report for September
through December
The committee received the report
4. Unfinished Business – None.
5. New Business
5.1 Election of Officers The Senior Center Advisory Committee elected a Chair and Vice
Chairperson for the 2023.
On a motion by Loc Valencia, and seconded by Shweta Bhatnagar, the
committee approved Christy Li as Chair and Kebin Lu Vice Chair of the
2023 Dublin Senior Center Advisory Committee.
RESULTS: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

5.2 Parks and Community Services Commission Liaison Assignment
The Committee reviewed the current Parks and Community Services
Commission meeting calendar and assigned Committee Member Loc
Valencia to attend the February meeting of the Parks and Community
Services Commission meeting.
5.3 Review of Bylaws and Rules of Procedure
The Advisory Committee reviewed the Senior Center Advisory Committee
Bylaws and Rules of Procedure.
6. Other Business
Staff and Committee Members gave updates on various projects.
7. Adjournment
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Committee Chair Li at 10:16
AM.
