5.1 2022 Dublin Benefit ConcertAd-Hoc Committee Updates and Discussion
The Dublin Benefit Concert Ad -Hoc Committee reported updates for the 2021-22 Youth
Advisory Committee Work Plan for discussion.
The Committee received the report.
5.2 Youth Mini Grant Presentations
Youth Mini Grant applicants made presentations to the Committee.
PCS Student Representative Rallapally left at 8:30PM
The Committee rated applicant presentations and recommended the following funding
awards:
1. Dublin High School Chess Club - $42S
2. Gardeners of the Galaxy - $700
3. Helping Hands for All - $7S
4. Teens Unite for Education - $300
S. Youth Coding Workshops CYCW) - $1,000
Total - $2,500

6. Other Business
Liz Elliott, Recreation Supervisor, reminded the Committee that December 15 will be a
Special Meeting, a week earlier than normal due to the Christmas holiday, and about
volunteer duties at the Holiday Tree Lighting event. She also congratulated the Committee
on the success of the Youth Mental Health Forum on November 10, 2021.
Vice -Chair Maskey adjourned the meeting at 9:01 PM.
