A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Youth Advisory Committee was held on Wednesday, June
23, 2021, via Zoom Communications. The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM., by Bridget
Amaya, Assistant Director of Parks and Community Services.

2.1 2021-22 Youth Advisory Committee Introductions
Bridget Amaya, Assistant Director of Parks and Community Services, led the Youth
Advisory Committee introductions. She also provided an overview of the functions and
structure of the Parks and Community Services Department to the members of the
Committee.

2.2 2021-22 Youth Advisory CommitteeRobert's Rules of Order and Brown Act
Training
Dublin City Clerk Marsha Moore presented a training on Robert's Rules of Order and the
Brown Act.
2.4 Election of the 2021-22 Youth Advisory Committee Chairperson and Vice
Bridget Amaya, Assistant Director of Parks and Community Services, presented an
overview of the responsibilities of the Youth Advisory Committee Chairperson and Vice
Chairperson.
The Committee elected Logan Lin Chairperson per the Bylaws and Rules of Procedure for
the Youth Advisory Committee.
