1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance - The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m.
by Committee Vice Chair Steven Chen. The pledge of allegiance was recited by those

7. New Business
7.1. Tri Valley Teen Job and Career Fair
Henry Siu, Recreation Coordinator, presented the specifics of the item as
outlined in the Staff Report.
The Committee received the report.
7.2 Youth Advisory Committee Booth at the Dublin St. Patrick's Day Festival
Henry Siu, Recreation Coordinator, presented the specifics of the item as
outlined in the Staff Report
The Committee received the report.
8. Other Business
Committee Members provided informational reports on recent events and meetings attended.
Henry Siu, Recreation Coordinator reminded the Committee of the Dublin Benefit Concert
Sub Committee meeting held on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. at the Dublin
Senior Center.
Laura Johnston, Recreation Supervisor updated the Committee on the Mini Grant Proposal
process stating that the Parks and Community Services Commission would receive a report
at a special meeting on Monday, January 27, 2020. City Council will approve the report at
their next regularly scheduled meeting, Tuesday, February 4, 2020.

The meeting was adjourned by Committee Vice Chair Steven Chen at 7:18 PM.
