1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance - The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
by Committee Vice Chair Sofia Huang. The pledge of allegiance was recited by those

7.1. Tree Lighting Ceremony
Henry Siu, Recreation Coordinator, presented the specifics of the item as outlined
in the Staff Report.
The Committee received the report.
7.2. Tri-Valley Youth Advisory Committee Roundtable Event
Henry Siu, Recreation Coordinator, presented the specifics of the item as outlined
in the Staff Report.
The Committee received the report.
7.3. 2019 Dublin Benefit Concert Timeline and Work Plan
Henry Siu, Recreation Coordinator, presented the specifics of the item as outlined
in the Staff Report.
The Committee provided feedback on the Work Plan.
On motion by Committee Member (IMRAN, ALEENA), seconded by Committee
Member (PHANEENDRA, SIRI), with Committee Members (WON AND VURIMI)
absent and by unanimous vote to accept the Dublin Benefit Concert Timeline.
8. Other Business
Committee Members provided informational reports on recent events and meetings attended.
9. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 7:27 PM.
