March 20, 2023
A Regular Meeting of the Parks and Community Services Commission was held on
Monday March 20, 2023, in the Council Chamber at the Civic Center. The meeting was
called to order at 7:01 PM, by Chairperson Sameer Hakim.

On a motion by Commissioner Giller, seconded by Commissioner Washington, and by
unanimous vote, the Commission approved the Consent Calendar.

7.1) Sports Fields and Stager Community Gymnasium Reservation Policies
Commissioners received an update to the Sports Fields and Stager Community
Gymnasium Reservation Policies.
On a motion by Commissioner Krishna, seconded by Commissioner Hakim, and by
unanimous vote, the Commission is recommending the Sports Fields and Stager
Community Gymnasium Reservation Policies for approval by City Council.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
