The packet is available in the City Clerk's Office and also at the Dublin Library. Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, regarding: 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegience 2. Downtown Dublin Specific Plan Five -Year Progress Report The City Council will hold a Study Session to review a progress report on the implementation of the Specific Plan since its adoption in 2011. The presentation will include an overview of the Specific Plan, a discussion of existing conditions and obstacles to Downtown development, and a discussion regarding future improvements and private investment in the area. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the presentation and provide feedback as appropriate on the topics discussed. 3. Adjournment This AGENDA is posted in accordance with Government Code Section 54954.2(a) If requested, pursuant to Govermrrent Code Section 54953.2, this agenda shall be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with a disability, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. Section 12132), and the federal rules and regulations adopted in implementation thereof.
