72 hours prior to a Regular City Council Meeting or, in the event that it is delivered to the City Councilmembers less than 72
hours prior to a City Council Meeting, as soon as it is so delivered. The packet is available in the City Clerk's Office and also
at the Dublin Library.
Notice is hereby given that a Joint Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council /
Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission / Parks and Community Services Commission /
Planning Commission and the Human Services Commission will be held on Saturday,
March 21, 2015 at 9:00 A.M., for the purpose of a joint Strategic Planning Workshop.

2. JOINT STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP
The City Council, Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission, Parks and Community
Services Commission, Human Services Commission and Planning Commission will
participate in a joint workshop to discuss the results of the Council's recent Strategic
Planning Workshop, as well as provide Commissions guidance from Council so that they
are aligned with Council's direction and expectations.
3. ADJOURN to the Regular City Council meeting of April 7, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Dublin Council Chambers located at 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, California.
AFFIDAVIT OF NOTICING AND POSTING:
I, Gloria McCafferty, Deputy City Clerk for the City of Dublin, declare that a copy of
this agenda / notice was posted in the kiosk in front of the Civic Center and that the City
of Dublin City Council Members and the Media were provided notice on Thursday,
March 19, 2015,
