72 hours prior to a Regular City Council Meeting or, in the event that it is delivered to the City Councilmembers less than 72
hours prior to a City Council Meeting, as soon as it is so delivered. The packet is available in the City Clerk's Office and also
at the Dublin Library.
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be
held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 9:00 A.M., for the purpose of a Strategic Planning
Workshop,
1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
3. STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP (100-80)
The City Council will participate in a Strategic Planning Workshop. The City Council
will review the City's long-term financial forecast; receive an update on current
economic and development conditions; review its Mission, Vision and Values; and will
discuss future strategies and major initiatives. The City Council will discuss prioritizing
initiatives and will discuss the next steps resulting from this Strategic these strategies and
Planning Workshop, including its relationship to development of future City budgets.
4. ADJOURN to the Regular City Council meeting of March 17, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Dublin Council Chambers located at 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, California.
