Consent Calendar items are typically non-controversial in nature and are considered for
approval by the Youth Advisory Committee with one single action. Members of the audience,
Staff or the Youth Advisory Committee who would like an item removed from the Consent
Calendar for purposes of public input may request the Chair to remove the item
3.1 Approval of the June 23, 2021 Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting Minutes
The Committee will consider approval of the minutes of the June 23, 2021 Youth Advisory
Committee Regular Meeting.

Approve the minutes of the June 23, 2021 Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting.

5.1 2021-22 Youth Advisory Committee Work Plan
The Youth Advisory Committee will review and approve the 2021-22 Youth Advisory
Committee Work Plan.

5.2 2021 Mental Health Forum Work Plan
The Committee will establish the 2021 Mental Health Forum work plan and appoint
members to an ad-hoc committee.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Establish the 2021 Mental Health Forum work plan. Appoint four members to serve
on the Mental Health Forum Ad-Hoc Committee.

5.3 Discussion of Volunteer Assignments at Splatter, Harvest Fair, Ghosts of Dublin, and
Discussion of Volunteer Assignments at Splatter, Harvest Fair, Ghosts of Dublin, and
the Floating Pumpkin Patch Events
The Committee will discuss volunteer assignments at Splatter, Harvest Fair, Ghosts of
Dublin, and the Floating Pumpkin Patch events.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Assign no less than four Committee members to volunteer shifts at each of the following
events: Splatter on Saturday, September 18, 2021; Heritage Fair on Saturday, October 9,
2021; Ghosts of Dublin on Friday, October 22 and Saturday, October 23, 2021; and the
Floating Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, October 23, 2021.

6. OTHER BUSINESS
Brief information only reports from Committee Members and/or Staff, including
committee reports and reports by Committee Members related to meetings attended at
City expense (AB1234).
7. ADJOURNMENT
