on Monday, September 19, 2022, in the Council Chamber at the Civic Center. The
meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM, by Commission Chair Kristin Speck.

7.1 Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Update
Bridget Amaya, Parks and Community Services Assistant Director introduced Sai
Midididdi, Civil Engineer to present the specifics of the item as outlined in the staff
report.
The Commission gave feedback, as well as asked questions.
Feedback included:
• eBikes
• Impact from New Construction
• Pre -planning Lanes
• eLockers at Park N Ride
• Funding Sources
7.2 ePact Software
Andrea Dwyer, Recreation Manager introduced Liz Elliot, Recreation Supervisor, who
gave a presentation on the item.
The Commission discussed the item, gave feedback, and asked staff follow up
questions. The Commission asked staff about implementation of software across City
programs.
8. Other Business
The Commissioners provided brief informational reports about other events and
meetings attended.
9. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:32 p.m.
