The Committee received a report from City Clerk, Marsha Moore on Robert's Rules of Order
and the Brown Act.
5.2 Election of 2022-23 Youth Advisory Committee Chairperson and Vice
Chairperson.
Liz Elliott, Recreation Supervisor, presented an overview of the responsibilities of the
Youth Advisory Committee Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
The Committee elected Brandon Maskey as the Chairperson per the Bylaws and Rules of
Procedure for Youth Advisory Committee
