on Monday, January 24, 2022, remotely via Zoom Video Communication. The meeting
was called to order at 7:00 PM, by Commission Chair Matthew Giller.

Bridget Amaya, Assistant Parks and Community Services Director, presented the
specifics of the item as outlined in the Staff Report.
The commission discussed the item. The recommendations made are Kristin Speck for
Chair and Sameer Hakim for Vice-Chair.
