A Regular Meeting of the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission was held on Thursday,
April 14, 2022, in the Council Chamber at the Civic Center. The meeting was called to
order at 7:00 PM, by Chairperson Margaret Liang.

5. New Business
5.1 Tri-Valley "Picture his Temporary Public Art Program
Shaun Chilkotowsky, Heritage and Cultural Arts Manager presented the specifics of the
item as outlined in the Staff Report.
The Commission discussed the item. Commissioner Gina Gabriell volunteered to serve
on the temporary art Ad Hoc Committee.
5.2 Review of the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program
Shaun Chilkotowsky, Heritage and Cultural Arts Manager presented the specifics of the
item as outlined in the Staff Report.
The commission discussed the item and asked staff follow up questions.
6. Other Business
Commissioners gave updates on various projects.
7. Adjournment
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Chairperson Margaret Liang
at 7:38 PM.
