A Regular Meeting of the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission was held on Thursday,
January 13, 2022, remotely via Zoom Video Communications. The meeting was called to
order at 7:00 PM, by Chairperson Gina Gabriell.

Shaun Chilkotowsky, Heritage and Cultural Arts Manager presented the specifics of the
item as outlined in the Staff Report.
The Commission discussed the item. The recommendations made are Margaret Liang
for Chair and Julia Tomtania for Vice-Chair.
