MARCH 08, 2022
A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, March 8,
2022. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Commission Chair Grier.

8. New Business
8.1 Housing Element Update Study Session
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, introduced Michael Cass,
Principal Planner.
Michael Cass, Principal Planner, introduced the consultants Bill Wiseman and Ines
Galmiche both from Kimley-Horn.
Bill Wiseman, consultant from Kimley-Horn, provided a presentation.
Ines Galmiche, consultant from Kimley-Horn, provided a presentation and responded to
questions.
The Planning Commission asked questions and provided comments.
9. Other Business
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, reminded the Planning
Commissioners to complete their Form 700 by April 1, 2022. She also said that she will
be sending out an email for a Housing Element training offered by the Association Bay
Area Governments on March 25, 2022. Ms. Wheeler informed the Commissioners that
the next meeting is on March 22, 2022, but does not currently have any agenda items
and will likely be cancelled.

The meeting was adjourned by Commission Chairperson Grier at 8:10 p.m.
