REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 14, 2021
A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, December
14, 2021, in the Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by
Commission Chair Benson.

5. Written Communication – None.
6.1 Public Hearing – Fallon East GPA (PLPA-2021-00009)
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, introduced Amy Million,
Principal Planner.
Ms. Million provided a presentation on the Fallon East General Plan and Eastern Dublin
Specific Plan Amendment and responded to questions posed by the Commission.
Commission Chairperson Benson opened the public hearing
Guy Houston provided public comment.
Brian Jencek provided public comment.
Alicia Guerra provided public comment.
Commission Chairperson Benson closed the public hearing.
On a motion by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Tyler, the Planning
Commission voted to recommend that the City Council postpone taking action on the
proposed project and adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. 21-12
RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL POSTPONE TAKING ACTION ON
THE GENERAL PLAN AND EASTERN DUBLIN SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
72.1 ACRES OF THE GH PACVEST PROPERTY AND THE 1.25-ACRE ALAMEDA
PROPERTY; APN: 985-0027-002-00 AND 985-0027-003-00
(PLPA-2021-00009)
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]

9. Other Business
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, informed the
Commissioners that story poles for the proposed Inspiration Drive Assisted Living and
Memory Care project have been installed if they would like to take a look prior to the
project coming to Planning Commission meeting in February.
Ms. Wheeler stated that the next meeting will be January 25 and there are currently two
items tentatively scheduled for that meeting. Also, during the January 25 meeting a
new Chair and Vice Chair will be elected.

The meeting was adjourned by Commission Chairperson Benson at 8:07 p.m.
