A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, October
26, 2021, in the Council Chambers. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by
Commission Vice Chair Grier.

2. Pledge of Allegiance
The pledge of allegiance was recited by the Planning Commission and Staff.
3. Oral Communications
3.1 Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, made a statement
regarding Planning Commission Chair Dawn Benson being technically absent from
the meeting but participating as a member of the public and has submitted a public
speaker card to provide comments via Zoom.
Ms. Wheeler announced that Alternate Planning Commissioner Elaine Bagwell has
resigned due to family issues.
Ms. Wheeler stated that the Public Hearing for the East Ranch project that was
originally noticed for the October 26 meeting has been rescheduled and re-noticed for
the November 9 meeting.

Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, introduced Amy Million,
Principal Planner.
Ms. Million introduced the SCS Property item and then introduced consultant Ryan Call
with ELS Architecture & Urban Design.
Ryan Call, Consultant with ELS Architecture & Urban Design, gave a presentation.
Jane Lin, Consultant with Urban Field Studio, gave a presentation.
Vice Chair Grier asked if there were any public comments.
Tom Evans provided public comment.
Dawn Benson provided public comment.
Shirly Lewandowski provided public comment.
The Planning Commission provided comments on the SCS Property presentation.

9. Other Business
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, informed the
Commissioners that the agenda for the November 9 meeting will include the East Ranch
project. Ms. Wheeler also announced that there are two items on the agenda for the
upcoming November 23 meeting.

The meeting was adjourned by Commission Vice Chair Grier at 8:43 p.m.
