At this time, the public is permitted to address the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission on
non-agendized items. The Commission must howeverr comply with all State Laws in regard to
items not appearing on the posted agenda. T

8.1 Winter 2008 Quarterly Report
T'he Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission will receive a report on the programs and activities
conducted during the winter quarter.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report.
8.2 Collections Management Policy and Procedures Acceptance of Kolb Family Collections
The Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission will receive a report on the collections of furniture,
ranch equipment and household items recommend for transfer to the Heritage Center's Collections
inventory.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive report and recommend approval of revisions to
Collections Management Policy and Procedures to City CounciL
