2. PROPOSED FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER LOAN PROGRAM WORKSHOP

The City Council and Planning Commission wi1l participate in a joint workshop to
discuss components of the proposed First Time Homebuyer Loan Program. Staff wi1l
then ask the City Council to provide direction in preparing a draft First Time
llomebuyer Program, which will subsequently go to the City Council for consideration
and approval.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: City Council receive Staff Report; provide direction
regarding the issues related to the First Time Homebuyer Loan Program; and direct Staff to
return with a dratì First Time Homebuyer Loan Program at a future Council meeting.
3. ADJOURN to the regular City Council meeting of December 20,2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Dublin Council Chambers located at 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, California.
