A complete packet of information containing Staff Reports and exhibits related to each item is available for public review prior to a Council meeting in the City Clerk's Office and also at the Dublin Library. . Notice is hereby given that a Special Joint Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council and Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, August 19,2008 at 5:30 p.m., for the purpose of a Study Session. I. Study Session - P A 07-056: General Plan and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Land Use Designations and Densities. The City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint Study Session to discuss the proposed General Plan/Specific Plan Amendment, and Stage 1 Development Plan Amendment to change the existing Medium Density (6.1-14 du/acre) portion of the Croak and Jordan properties to a combination of Medium-Low Density (6.1-10 dulacre) and Medium-Mid Density (10.1-14 dulacre) in order to encourage a variety of housing types that include small lot detached homes and other product types with usable private yards. The City Council may provide Staff with further direction to study alternative policies. Members of the public are welcome and invited to share their thoughts and ideas on the proposed project.
