to all Counci1members, unless there are omissions or corrections, a motion is in
approving said minutes.

6. CONSENT CALENDAR
6.1 Approval of register of demands.
7. PUBLIC HEARINGS
7.1 Continued hearing - Appeal re sign, Kentucky Fried Chicken, zoning variance.
7.2 Hearing - Application of Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for gas and electric
franchises, proposed ordinances.
8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
8.1 Ordinance amending documentary transfer tax - waive reading and introduce.
8.2 Ordinance providing for indefinite extension in effect of certain of the
County of Alameda ordinances adopted by Ord;-nance No. 1 - waive reading
and adopt.
8.3 Ordinance prohibiting the distribution and display of drug paraphernalia.
8.4 County Library services resolution.

9.1 County Flood Control District fees for development review.
9.2 Letter to State legislature regarding reduction in State subventions.
