CALL TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - None At this time. members of the audience are permitted to address the City Council on any item which is NOT on the City Council Agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to address their concern, that person should arrange with the City Clerk to have their particular concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting. The City Council CANNOT deliberate or take action on a non-agenda item UNLESS there is factual evidence presented to the Council indicating that the subject brought up falls into one of the exceptions under Government Code Section 54954.2. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR - None 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION - None 6. PUBLIC HEARING - continued from Januarv 14 & 21. Februarv 23. and March 30. 1993 6.1 Eastern Dublin General Plan Amendment (GPA), Specific Plan (SP) Environmental Impact Report (EIR), and related project implementation including amendment to the Sphere of Influence and annexation to the city of Dublin and the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD). Consideration of city Council and Staff recommended changes to the Draft Eastern Dublin GPA and SP which would eliminate potential for approximately 4,660 dwelling units, 770,000 square feet of commercial use, 1,340 jobs, housing for 7,560 workers, 2 school sites, and 5 park sites. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Hear Staff presentation; receive additional public testimony on GPA and SP; pose questions to Staff and public; close public hearing; discuss and provide direction regarding proposed changes; adopt resolution referring item to Planning Commission; continue item to May 10, 1993, to hold separate public hearing on Planning Commission recommendations on GPA and SP, then consider actions on EIR, GPA, SP and related items -OR- provide other appropriate direction to Staff. 7.
