Staff Reports are also available for public review prior to a meeting in the City Clerk's Office and at the Dublin Library.
Notice is hereby given that a Joint Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council and Planning
Commission will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2008, in the City Council Chambers, 100 Civic Plaza,
Dublin, for the purpose of a Study Session on the following listed item.
I. STUDY SESSION: PA 07-038 General Plan Community Design Element
The team from RBF IUDS Consulting will lead the City Council and Planning Commission in a
discussion of key design principles that will be used as the framework to create the Community
Design Element. These design principles will focus on site planning, architecture and landscaping
to achieve desired goals.
Members of the public are welcome and invited to share their thoughts and ideas on the proposed
project.
AFFIDAVIT OF NOTICING AND POSTING:
I, Carolyn Parkinson, Interim City Clerk for the City of Dublin, declare that a copy of this
agenda/notice was posted in the kiosk in front of the Civic Center and that the City of Dublin City
Council Members, Planning Commissioners, and the Media were provided notice on Thursday, March
27,2008.
