accordance with Government Code section 54956.9(a).

At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the city
Council on any item which is NOT on the City Council Agenda. Comments
should not exceed 5 minutes. The City Council CANNOT deliberate or
take action on a non-agenda item UNLESS there is factual evidence
presented to the Council indicating that the subject brought up falls
into one of the exceptions under Government Code section 54954.2.

6. PUBLIC HEARING Continued from January 14 & 21, and February 23,
1993
6.1 Eastern Dublin General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan, and
Draft Environmental Impact Report
A facilitated workshop will be held to help the community
to identify and discuss key planning issues in eastern
Dublin. The city Council will have the opportunity to
provide direction to Staff regarding the need for
additional information.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Conduct facilitated public hearing;
provide direction related to additional information needed for
next hearing; and continue public hearing to April 20, 1993.
