Notice is hereby given that a Joint Dublin City Council/Planning Commission Special Meeting will be
held on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of a Study Session: The Green on Park
Place.

3. STUDY SESSION: P A 07-019 The Green on Park Place (previously referred to as Emerald Place
Retail Center) - Stage 2 Planned Development Preliminary Site Plan Review (450-30)
The City of Dublin City Council and Planning Commission will be discussing the Stage 2 Planned
Development preliminary site plan review. The proposed project includes a 305,000 square foot retail
shopping center on approximately 27 acres in the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan area (formerly the site
for the Emerald Place "Lifestyle Center" and Ikea).

AFFIDAVIT OF NOTICING AND POSTING:
I, Caroline P. Soto, Deputy City Clerk for the City of Dublin, declare that a copy of this agenda 1 notice
was posted in the kiosk in front of the Civic Center and that the City of Dublin City Council Members
and the Media were provided notice on Thursday, February 28, 2008.
