At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the City Council on any item which is NOT on
the City Counci l Agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels that this is not
sufficient time to address their concern, that person should arrange with the City Clerk to have their
particular concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting. The City Council CANNOT deliberate or take
action on a non-agenda item EXCEPT under certain circumstances which are allowed under Goverrment Code
Section 54954.2.
IV. STATUS REPORT ON 1990 GOALS & OBJECTIVES AND ESTABLISHMENT OF
1991 GOALS & OBJECTIVES
On an annual basis, the City Council establishes goals and
objectives and reviews progress on items established during
the prior year. This process provides direction for City
Staff as they prepare the proposed Financial Plan and
Budget.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report; Review 1990 Goals &
Objectives; Review, prioritize and adopt 1991 Goals & Objectives.

VI. ADJOURNMENT
A joint City Council/Planning Commission Study Session related to
the West Dublin General Plan Amendment Study will be held on
Thursday, February 28, 1991, 7:30 p.m., Dublin Civic Center
Regional Meeting Room.
The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be Monday,
March 11, 1991, 7:30 p.m., Dublin Civic Center Council Chambers.
