At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the city
council on any item which is NOT on the city council Agenda. Comments
should not exceed 5 Jninutes. If any person feels that this is not
sufficient time to address their concern, that person should arrange with
the city Clerk to have their particular concern plaq~d on the agenda for a
future meeting. '

7.1 Bay Area Rapid Transit District Dublin/pleasanton Extension
project
The city Council will receive a report from the city Manager
regarding a meeting held on February 2, 1990, with
representatives from BART, the State Legislature, other
Valley cities and the city of Fremont regarding the location
of stations on the DUblin/Pleasanton Extension.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt position regarding station location
to be communicated to the BART Board at its public hearing on
February 6, 1990 and designate a representative of the council to
represent the .city's position.
