Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be
held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 9:00 a.m., for the purpose of a Strategic Planning
Workshop.

2. STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP (File # 100-80)
The City Council will participate in a Strategic Planning Workshop. The City Council
will review the adopted 2008-2009 Update to the City's 10-Year Strategic Plan (available
on the City's Website). The Council will discuss the adopted strategies and goals and
will consider progress to date and further actions to accomplish them. The Council will
consider revisions and/or additions to the Strategic Plan and will discuss the next steps
resulting from this Strategic Planning Workshop, including its potential relationship to
the development of the City's Goals & Objectives for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.
3. ADJOURN to the Regular City Council meeting of February 3, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Dublin Council Chambers located at 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, California.

I, Caroline P. Soto, City Clerk for the City of Dublin, declare that a copy of this agenda /
notice was posted in the kiosk in front of the Civic Center and that the City of Dublin
City Council Members and the Media were provided notice on Tuesday, January 27,
2009.
