for public information and perusal several days prior to a Council meeting in the City Clerk's Office and also at
the Dublin Library.

NOTICE: The city Council will hold a closed session at 6:30 p.m.,
to discuss potential litigation in accordance with Government
Code Section 54956.9(c).

At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the City Council on any item which is NOT on the City
Counei l Agenda. Cooments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to
address their concern, that person should arrange with the City Clerk to have their particular concern placed on the
agenda for a future meeting. The City Council CANNOT deliberate or take action on a non-agenda item UNLESS there is
factual evidence presented to the Counci l indicating that the subject brought up fal ls into one of the exceptions
under Government Code Section 54954.2.

6. PUBLIC HEARING Continued from Januarv 14. 1993
6.1 Eastern Dublin General Plan Amendment (GPA), Specific Plan
(SP), Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), and related
project implementation including Amendment to the Sphere of
Influence, and Annexation to the city of Dublin and the Dublin
San Ramon Services District (DSRSD).
This project consists of a GPA for 6,920 acres and a SP for
a portion of that area - 3,328 acres. Implementation of
the GPA and SP would result in a fully integrated community
consisting of approximately 43,000 people, 18,000
residences, 10.6 million square feet of commercial space,
and 28,000 jobs. Schools, libraries, civic buildings,
parks, trails and open space areas are also provided for in
the plan. Additional components of the project include an
amendment to the City's sphere of influence and annexation
to the City of Dublin and the Dublin San Ramon Services
District.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Open public hearing; receive Staff
presentation; receive public comments on the GPA and SP, as
revised by the Planning Commission; close public hearing;
continue Council deliberations to February 11, 1993.

11. ADJOURNMENT - This public hearing will be continued to Thursday,
February 11, 1993, 7:30 p.m., Council Chambers.

1993, 7:30 p.m., Council Chambers.
