Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director provided a presentation
and responded to questions.
Commission Chairperson Benson opened and closed the public hearing.
On a motion by Commissioner Thalblum, seconded by Commissioner Grier, the
Planning Commission approved staff Is recommendation and adopted:

DUBLIN MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 8.128 (AUTHORITY TO
ADMINISTER TITLE 8) TO FACILITATE BUSINESS OPERATIONS DURING COVID-
19 PANDEMIC (PLPA-2021-00036)
