On Tue, Oct 20, 2015 at 11:25 AM, Mr. Haubert- From county tax assessor' s office: BJP ROF Jordan Ranch LLC dba as Mission Valley Properties acquired phase II Jordan Ranch, which includes school and park sites for a total of 41,400, 000 for acquiring 186.38 acres or 222,126 per acre on December 19, 2011. Therefore, if the school site is 11 acres, then the assessed value is about $2,500, 000 representing the purchase price less than 4 years ago. Please appeal the Oct. 6 decision for agenda item 6.1 and ask to study an uncoupling of the project. Not doing so will result in a HUGE fiscal irresponsibility on the part of Dublin's City Council.
