& Village Parkway drainage improvements

EXHIBITS ATTACHED A copy of the design plans and specifications will be
available at the Council meeting for review.
RECO[. M, NpATION Authorize Staff to advertise for bids for these
improvements .
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: The preliminary estimate for these combined projects
is in the $40 ,000 to $50 ,000 range .
DESCRIPTION These two projects have been designed by Santina &
Thompson as previously authorized by the City
Council . Because both projects are small and contain
similar concrete work, they have been combined in
anticipation of obtaining better bids by reason of
economy of scale .
The proposed schedule is as follows :
1 ) Bidding April 28th to June 1st
2 ) Award bid June 13th
3 ) Construction June 20th through September 20th
