RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
RESOLUTION APPOINTMENT OF
CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council has made an offer of employment
as City Manager to Richard C. Ambrose; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ambrose has accepted the offer of employment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Richard C. Ambrose is
appointed City Manager effective May 1, 1982, according to terms
of employment in a letter of agreement which is attached to and
made a part of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April , 1982, by

9. There will be an evaluation ofoyr employment at the end of the first six months of your p lo Y inent andt leastnnually
thereafter.
10. Provided you accept this offer of employment so the City Council is
able to appoint you as City Manager at its regular meeting April 5, 1982,
the appointment shall be effective May 1 , 1982.
11 . The terms of this offer of employment shall be set forth in an
agreement prepared by the City Attorney and signed by you and the City Council.
If these terms of employment are satisfactory, please sign below and
return one copy of this letter as soon as possible.
