HomeMy WebLinkAbout7.1 Shannon Center Lease Renewal CITY OF DUBLIN AGENDA STATEMENT Meeting Date : April 8, 1985 SUBJECT: Shannon Community Center Lease Renewal EXHIBITS ATTACHED: Expenditure and Revenue Report for Shannon Center RECOMMENDATION: Authorize staff to notify DSRSD of the City ' s intent to renew the Shannon Center Lease FINANCIAL STATEMENT: See Exhibit A DESCRIPTION: On June 30, 1985, the lease on Shannon Center will expire . Shannon Center has been the site of the Recreation Department since June of 1984 . This has proved to be a satisfactory location in which to conduct business and offer programs . Exhibit "A" identifies the costs associated with the management of Shannon Center as well as the revenue produced. It is the recommendation of Staff that the lease of Shannon Community Center be renewed for the Fiscal Year 1985-86 and that the Dublin San Ramon Services District be notified of the City' s desire to have the lease renewed.
