FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: At its meeting of August 9, 1982, the City Council appointed
Vice Mayor Hegarty as the City representative to the County
Library Advisory Commission. The Council postponed selection-
of an alternate to the meeting of August 23, 1982. Staff
has placed this item on the agenda in accordance with City
Council direction.
