DESCRIPTION: On January 23,1996, the City Council opened a Public Hearing to
consider proposed revisions to the City's existing Traffic Impact. Fee for Eastern Dublin. Prior to that
meeting, Staff received requests from property owners to have the opportunity to discuss the revisions in
more detail. The Public Hearing was continued to the March 26, 1996, Council Meeting.
Staff has been revising the method of valuing rlght-of.way and has had discussions with the major
property owners to discuss the revisions before the matter is brought back to the City Council. Additional
time is needed to discuss the value of required rights-of.way with property owners~
Staff recommends continuance until the City Council Meeting of April 9, 1996.
