FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Minimal cost for red curb painting.
DESCRIPTION: This site is on the northeast corner of
Dublin Boulevard and Regional Streeet, There is currently
room for three cars to park on Dublin Boulevard between the
corner and a white curbed area serving a mail box. Three
cars were parked there during a site visit . It appears that
this area is being used for long-term parking probably by
commuters . Elimination of parking in this area will aid
cars turning right from westbound Dublin Boulevard to
Regional Street .
Cars currently using these spaces could be parked further
east on Dublin Boulevard where space is available.

ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows :
Section 1 . NO PARKING ZONES:
Article 7, relating to "No Parking Zones" of the Alameda
County Ordinance Code previously adopted by the City of Dublin is
amended by the addition of Section 6-217 .15 (Dublin Boulevard) to
read:
6-217 . 15 On the northerly curb line from the easterly curb
line of Regional Street, easterly a distance of 100 feet.
Section 2 . IMMEDIATE EFFECT
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
enactment because the adoption and immediate effect thereof is
necessary in order to protect vehicular and pedestrian safety.
Section 3 . POSTING OF ORDINANCE
The City Clerk of the City of Dublin shall cause this
ordinance to be posted in at least three (3 ) public places in the
City of Dublin in accordance with Section 36933 of the Government
Code of the Sate of California .
