RECOMMENDATION: i' Continue the Density Bonus Ordinance to
November 25, 1991. -
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None at this time
DESCRIPTION: On October 28 , 1991, The City Council
reintroduced the Density Bonus Ordinance and directed Staff to
report on the portions of the proposed ordinance which are
required by State law and those portions which are discretionary
to the City. Staff requests a Continuance to November 25 , 1991,
to revise the ordinance and to allow time for the report on
requirements of State law to be prepared.
