RECOMMENDATI Continue public hearing until after
Planning Commission makes recommendation
on the application.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: In a special effort to facilitate
processing, on May 16, 1985, the Staff pre-noticed the City
Council public hearing for PA 85-005. 1 and .2 Dolan School
Site Murray School District Planned Development Rezoning and
Tentative Map 5402 . The pre-noticing was done with the
understanding that if the Planning Commission did not make a
recommendation on May 20, 1985, the City Council public
hearing would be continued.
On May 20, 1985, the Planning Commission opened its public
!� hearing on the application, determined that there were
several substantive unresolved issues, decided to take a
field trip to the site on May 27, 1985, and continued the
item until the June 17, 1985 Planning Commission meeting.
Staff recommends that the City Council continue its public
hearing on this application until after the Planning
Commission makes its recommendation.
