Tong Planning Director City of Dublin 100 Civic Plaza Dublin, CA 94568 RE: RESOLUTION NO. 91-47 DUBLIN CINEMA VARIANCE REQUEST Dear Mr. Tong: We are in receipt of your letter dated September 25, 1991 scheduling our appeal hearing for October 10, 1991. In view of the fact that this date coincides with the Dublin Chamber of Commerce Trade Show and that certain Council Members will not be present at this hearing due to vacations, we feel it pertinent to reschedule our hearing for sometime in November to allow members of the Chamber of Commerce to speak on our behalf. In addition, we feel it only fair that all Council Members be present to hear our presentation and judge for themselves the merits of our arguments in support of our request for a variance. Thank you in advance for your quick response to this matter. Sincerely, R ert S. Enea RSE/dk
