RECOMMENDATION \d Authorize Staff to advertise vacancy on
Planning Commission
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION The City has received a letter from Dr. Theodore C.
Woy indicating his desire to resign from the City' s
Planning -Commission.
It is Staff ' s recommendation that the City Council
authorize Staff to advertise the vacancy on the
Planning Commission with an indication that all
applications be submitted by July 13 , 1983 . This
will provide approximately 2 weeks for interested
persons to apply.

Dear Council Members:
It is with regret that I must submit my
resignation from the position of Planning Commis-
sioner for the City of Dublin. Unfortunately, I
have had some health problems recently, and it is
the opinion of my physician that I should curtail
my civic activities for the present. j
It has been an honor to hold this position,
and to work with the staff and the other members of
the Planning Commission. I do hope that I will
have an opportunity at some future time to serve
this community again.
