DESCRIPTION:
The applicant has ~equested to continue this item due to unresolved traffic issues. Staff is waiting for the
plicant to submit additional information which was requested by the City's traffic consultant. Staff requests
at this item be re-noticed 'and retumed to the City Council in the near future when the traffic issues are
resolved.
