in purchasing the Dolan site.

DESCRIPTION The City has received a Notice of Intent to dispose of the
Dolan School site on Castilian. The site is 26.9 acres.
In accordance with the Education Code, the District has
offered the property to the City first for recreational
purposes.
Staff has discussed the property with the District's Real
Estate Consultant. The Consultant has indicated that no
purchase price has been placed on the property.
If the City is interested, the City would have to secure
the services of an appraiser and then negotiate the price
with the District.
The City has 60 days from the last publication date of the
Notice of Intent to indicate its interest in purchasing
the property. The School District has indicated it would
appreciate knowing as soon as possible if the City is not
interested in the property.,

RE: NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF SURPLUS SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY
You are hereby notified, in accordance with Education Code Section 39394,
that the Murray School District intends to dispose of the real property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto by sale for fair market value with-
out making any admission under Education Code Section 39391 (c).
The subject property is located in the Murray School District of Dublin,
Alameda County, California, and the property is offered to you under legal
priority for playground, playing field, or other outdoor recreational
and open space purposes.
You are required to notify the selling agency (the District) of your
intention to purchase within sixty (60) days from receipt of this notice.
Please give such notice in writing and addressed to:

If you do not intend to purchase the subject property pursuant hereto,
please notify the undersigned at the above address , in writing, as soon
as such a determination is made rather than waiting the sixty (60) day
period.

RESOLUTION NO. 1982/83-32
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL SCHOOL DISTRICT REAL PROPERTY
The MURRAY School District owns a parcel of land
located in Dublin Alameda County, California,
containing + acres, more or less (hereinafter called Dolan
School Site"). The Dolan School Site is more particularly described
in a document entitled Dolan SCHOOL SITE PROPERTY
DESCRIPTION" which is on f ile and available for inspection at the District Administrative
Offices located at 7416 Brighton Drive Dublin ,
California.
This Board hereby announces its intention to dispose of the Dolan
School Site at fair market value.
The Secretary of this Board is hereby authorized and directed to cause the following
to be done:
1. To notify those public agencies described in Education Code Section 39394 that
the Dolan School Site is offered for sale to them for the purposes
specified in Education Code Section 39390, et. seq.
2. To notify those entities described in Government Code Section 54222 that the
Dolan School Sit^ is offered for sale to them for the
purposes specified in Government Code Section 54220, et seq.
3. To notify those entities specified in Education Code Section 39363.5 that the
Dolan School Site is offered for sale to them and publish a copy of
this resolution in a newspaper regularly published within the District in accordance with
that statute.

School District of Alameda County, California on
June 6 , 19 83 , by the following vote:
AYES: Coleman, Foster, Henderson, Melander, and Biddle
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
