DESCRIPTION Mr. Frank Uhlig, the Commercial Artist which whom the City has
contracted for the development of a City Seal and Logo, will be
present at the City Council meeting. Mr. Uhlig will present some
of his preliminary conceptual designs for City Council review
and consideration.
