Staff presentation.
2) Take testimony from Applicant and
the public.
3) Question Staff, Applicant and the
public.
4) Continue public hearing to a date
uncertain.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: N/A
DESCRIPTION:
This public hearing item was continued from the March 11,
1991 City Council .meeting as requested by the Applicant at that
meeting.
As a condition of approval for the Chevron project, the
Applicant will be required to dedicate to the City right-of-way
required for the ultimate improvements along Dougherty Road and
Dublin Boulevard Extension on the project site. Because the
Applicant is still working with the City to determine the amount
of right-of-way required to be dedicated, the Applicant has
requested another continuance of this item to the April 22, 1991
City Council meeting (see Attachment 1) .
The April 22 , 1991 public hearing schedule may not provide
Staff and the Applicant sufficient time to complete the right-of-
way dedication survey, to present the survey results to the
Property Owners, and to resolve any potential issues prior to the
preparation of the Staff Report. For this reason, Staff is
recommending a continuance of this item, PA 90-066 Chevron
Conditional Use Permit/Site Development Review to a date
uncertain. This item will be renoticed.

the City the time required to finalize the requested dedication
lines for widening Scarlett Court & Dougherty Road.
