FINANCIAL STATEMENT' Minimal cost for red curb painting
DESCRIPTION : On May 28, 1985, the City Council approved restriping
Regional Street and Amador Plaza Road for two-way left turn lanes between
Dublin Boulevard and Amador Valley Boulevard. In conjunction with this
work, red curb painting is proposed at some driveways to improve sight
distance from these driveways.
In accordance with the City's traffic ordinances, it is necessary for the
City to adopt an ordinance in order to establish no parking in these areas.
If the City Council adopts this ordinance, a total of 8 on-street parking
spaces would be removed on Amador Plaza Road and 4 on-street parking spaces
would be removed on Regional Street.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows:
Section 1. NO PARKING ZONES:
Article 7, relating to "No Parking Zones: of the Alameda County
Ordinance Code previously adopted by the City of Dublin is amended by the
addition of Sections 295.30, 295.4 (Amador Plaza Road and 295.5, 295.6
(Regional Street) to read:
6-295.3 Amador Plaza Road
On the east curbline from a point 500 feet south of the south curbline
of Amador Valley Boulevard, south a distance of 20 feet.
6.295.4 Amador Plaza Road
On the west curbline from a point 20 feet South of the south curbline
of Amador Valley Boulevard, south a distance of 40 feet; on the west
curbli~e from a point 90 feet south of the south curbline of Amador Valley
Boulevard, south a distance of 50 feet; on the west curbline from a point
605 feet south of the south curbline of Amador Valley Boulevard, south a
distance of 20 feet; on the west curbline from a point 220 feet north of
the north curbline of Dublin Boulevard, north a distance of 30 feet; on the
west curbline from a point 275 feet north of the north curbline of Dublin
Boulevard, north a distance of 30 feet.
6.295.5 Regional Street
On the east curbline from a point 460 feet north of the north curbline
of Dublin Boulevard, north a distance of 20 feet; on the east curbtine from
a point 535 feet north of the north curbline of Dublin Boulevard, north a
distance of 30 feet; on the east curbline from a point 205 feet from the
south curbline of Amador Valley Boulevard, south a distance of 20 feet.
6.295.6 Regional Street
On the west curbtine from a point 370 feet south of the south curbline
of Amador Valley Boulevard, south a distance of 20 feet.
Section 2. IMMEDIATE EFFECT
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment
because the adoption and immediate effect thereof is necessary in order to
protect vehicular and pedestrian safety.
Section 3. POSTING OF ORDINANCE
The City Clerk of the City of Dublin shall cause this ordinance to be
posted in at least (3) public places in the City of Dublin in accordance
with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Dublin
on this 24th day of June, 1985 by the following vote:
