FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: In accordance with City Council
direction, a letter was sent to the Alameda County Fair
Association requesting the Associations consideration to
allow truck parking at the Alameda County Fair Grounds . As
indicated in the attached letter, the Board of Directors of
the Fair Association will consider the city' s suggestion at
its next regularly scheduled meeting in September.
This item is for City Council information and no action is
required at this time.

Alameda County Fair Association, in which you requested the Associations
consideration in allowing truck parking at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.
Your letter will be referred to the Board of Directors of the Fair
Association at their next scheduled meeting in September.
Decision of the Directors on your request will be forwarded to your office
after their September meeting.
