This plan evaluated future needs for sewer services in undeveloped areas within the ultimate service area for DSRSD. DSRSD officials had requested that the City request additional study if the assumptions were incorrect . The City Council concurred that it may be appropriate for DSRSD and the affected agencies to analyze the initial assumptions and the Mayor was authorized to direct a letter to DSRSD. Mayor Snyder ' s letter also suggested that we contact the City of San Ramon and the Counties of Alameda and Contra Costa with respect to the impact of our master plan on properties currently under -their control . We would like you to be apprised of the fact that our con- sultant , CH2M. Hill , worked extensively with all the Plan- ning Directors and staffs in the Cities of Dublin and San Ramon and both Counties and solicited their input for areas outside their Spheres of Influence in the recently completed Master Plan . Our staff and consultant will be glad to meet with your planners or other City representatives and develop a scope of work and financial arrangements for the proposed project . Such a scope of work should be developed jointly with representatives of the City of San Ramon and both Counties , since the entire study area may be impacted . I am taking the liberty of forwarding Mayor Snyder' s letter with a copy of this letter to the other agencies , CH2M Hill and Mr . Fairfield . When you wish to proceed , please ask your staff to contact ours to work out the particulars .
