Adopt Resolution to accept the work completed on
Stagecoach Road.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
Maintenance of landscaping on Stagecoach Road is paid
for by the Landscape and Lighting Assessment District
83-2, authorized under City of Dublin Resolutions 10-
84 and 85-85. The developer has contributed two
years' maintenance costs.
DESCRIPTION:
All landscaping improvements in the public right-of-way on Stagecoach
Road between the County line and Amador Valley Blvd. have been installed.
These improvements include trees, shrubs, ground cover, and seeded wildflower
slopes. City Staff has inspected the improvements and are in possession of
as-built plans and keys for the irrigation system and controllers.
Maintenance of landscaping is being accepted subject to replacement of damaged
trees by the developer. All planted material and the irrigation system will
be on a one-year warranty period.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CXJUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF LllNDSCl\PING IMPRCNEMENTS,
srAGEOOACH ROAD, TRACT 4719
WHEREAS, the owner-subdivider of the aforesaid road previously
entered into a contract with the City of Dublin to improve said road in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City Engineer, said
road identified as follows:
a) Subdivider: Rafanelli and Nahas
b) Road Location: From Contra Costa County Line, southerly to Amador Valley
Blvd.
c) Road Length: 4,400 feet (.85 mile)
d) Resolution approving Final Map: No. 70-83 City Council of Dublin
WHEREAS, said landscaping improvements have been completed in
accordance with said plans and specifications, and any approved modifications
thereof, to the satisfaction of said City Engineer of the City of Dublin; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of said contract, the subdivider is
required to guarantee the landscaping improvements and to maintain the
completed work for a period of one year following acceptance of the work by
the said City of Dublin; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements completed
within the said tract be and they are hereby approved and accepted subject to
the aforesaid one-year guarantee.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 1986.
